For the pancakes, first mix well in a bowl the milk with the eggs, flour, baking powder and a good dash of mineral water. Season with salt and pepper.

Then, in a not too small pancake pan, heat about half a tablespoon of butter or oil each. Pour in half of the batter and fry briefly over medium heat. After 2 or 3 minutes, sprinkle salami or ham as well as bell pepper strips, cheese and some parsley over the pancake.

Reduce heat, do not put a lid all the way on and finish baking the pancake until the surface is also bubbled. Season again with salt and pepper to taste.
