For the cabbage strudel, cut the cabbage into fine noodles. Heat the bacon in a large frying pan until it is crispy. Lightly fry the onion, add the cabbage, salt and pepper.

Pour in wine, add caraway seeds and stew until soft. Heat oil in another pan, sauté onion, add minced meat, salt and pepper. Grate in a little nutmeg and fry until crumbly.

Mix with the finished cabbage, season again. Roll up the puff pastry, spread the filling on it, sprinkle with paprika and cayenne bell pepper.

Brush the edges with water, fold the dough over each other and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and place in preheated oven. Bake at 190 °C hot air for about 30 minutes.
