A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Stir together milk, eggs and salt. Sift flour and powdered sugar over it and fold in.

Remove the skin from the pears, halve, core, cut lengthwise into slices and place in juice of one lemon.

Heat a little clarified butter in a frying pan and pour in a quarter of the batter and the pears in turn. Once the pancake is golden brown on the bottom, turn to the other side and finish frying. Roast a total of 4 pancakes. Keep finished pancakes warm in heated oven at 50 °C (gas mark 1).

To serve, drizzle with Williams spirit and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately, because they taste best fresh.
