A cake recipe for all foodies:

Prepare a sponge, gently mix the crumbles at the end. Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Cool on the baking tray.

Melt white cooking chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath and spread 2/3 of the amount on the cooled cake. Pour the remaining icing on a plate, set and scrape into curls.

Garnish the cake with chocolate flakes and with chocolate sprinkles.


The cake can also be baked in a cake springform pan (26 cm ø). The cake is then baked for approx. 50 min.

Baking time half an hour. Spread whole chocolate coating on the cake, sprinkle with milk chocolate shavings. Very good, moist.
