Heat the butter, honey and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool slightly. In the still lukewarm amount of salt, lemon zest and rum form, fold in turn the eggs. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and honey cake spice, sift and add gradually. Finally, fold in fruit and almond kernels and fill the dough into a buttered large loaf pan or possibly two small molds.

Bake at 190 degrees for about 60 minutes.

Cool completely on a wire rack. Spread the dissolved chocolate icing over the entire cake to set.
