For the green grits, put apple juice, lemon juice, sugar, sago, lemon zest and vanilla pulp in an unperforated cooking container and cook (at 100°C for 20 minutes). Stir once in between. Remove lemon peel afterwards.

Wash, halve and remove seeds from grapes. Wash gooseberries. Peel kiwis and cut into pieces.

Add fruit pieces to the grits and chill. You can serve vanilla sauce with the grits.
