For baked raw ham rolls with apple-leek salad, cut cheese into 6 sticks. Place slices of raw ham on top, cover each with a cheese stick and roll up. (If necessary, fix with toothpicks.) Roll rolls first in flour, then in egg beaten with milk and finally roll lightly in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Lift out and drain on paper towels. Remove toothpicks if necessary. For the salad, wash apples, quarter, cut out core and cut apples into sticks (about 2 cm long and 3 mm thick). Clean leeks, cut in half and slice into diagonal strips about 3 mm thick. Mix yogurt with salt, pepper, lemon juice and apple balsamic vinegar and marinate the leek and apple strips with it. Arrange the apple and leek salad on plates, place the raw ham rolls on top and garnish with cress, chervil or parsley.
