A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

1. preheat the electric oven to 200 °C. Clean the mushrooms. Boil an eighth of a liter of water with 2 tbsp. juice of a lemon. Add half of the mushrooms and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Drain the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Skin the remaining mushrooms, cut them into thin slices or slice them and sprinkle with a little bit of lemon juice.

Mix poultry broth with whipping cream, bring to a boil and cook until thick. Dice the veal. Season the sauce with salt, Worcester sauce, pepper and remaining juice of one lemon. Add meat and cooked mushrooms, heat everything together but do not let it boil. Bake the patties in the stove for 5 min (gas: level 3).

3. rinse the lettuce leaves, shake dry and chop into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onion and slice into fine rings. Mix both with the marinated mushrooms. Mix vinegar with mustard, a little salt, pepper and oil and pour the marinade over the lettuce. Pour in the ragout, put the pastry lid on and arrange the queen patties with the salads. Rinse the chives, shake dry, cut into rolls and sprinkle over the top.
