Finely chop the garlic and onion and saute in oil until soft. Mix with the diced meat and the also diced fat bacon. Season with marjoram, cognac, thyme, rosemary and savory, salt and pepper heartily. Medium fine through the grinder. Add the eggs and the whipped cream and mix thoroughly, then stir in the bacon cubes and soaked, coarsely chopped masters mushrooms and green pepper. Spread a casserole dish with greasy bacon and pour in the quantity. Decorate with bay leaves and juniper leaves. Cook in the oven at 180 °C for about 2 hours, covered with water. Chill and serve with red wine and white bread.
