Separate the chard leaves and blanch briefly in salted water. Put four nice large leaves aside, cut the rest into narrow strips. Finely dice the onion and sauté in butter. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and add them to the onions with the tsp of sambal manis, the chard strips and the finely chopped parsley.

Toss everything well, dust with flour, then add the whipped cream. Reduce at the highest temperature until the mixture thickens. Later, chop the ham, pour it in and stir in the three yolks.

Season with a trace of nutmeg, mix everything together well. Fill the quantity into the 4 large chard leaves spread out, roll up and wrap with a string.

Fry on both sides with butter and put in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
