For the chard vegetables, separate stems and leaves from the washed chard. Collapse the leaves in a little boiling water.

Cut the stems into pieces about 1 cm long. Fry chopped garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in hot oil until golden.

Add chard stems and possibly some water and stew covered at low heat for about 15 minutes. Then add only the leaves, stew briefly – done.

Preparation Tip:

The chard vegetable goes well with lamb chops, for example, but also simply enjoyed with potatoes, it tastes delicious.
