Peel and press the garlic cloves.
Wash basil leaves and chop finely.
Cut feta cheese into small cubes. Peel the cucumber, cut in half, remove the seeds and also cut into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix yogurt well with diced cucumber, feta cheese and garlic and add oregano and chopped basil leaves.
Season the tzatziki well with pepper and salt.
Preparation Tip:
If you like, add olives on top as decoration. Instead of feta cheese you can also use feta.
