For the pumpkin bread, cut the pumpkin into pieces and put in a saucepan with the water and 1 tsp sugar and boil to a mush. Warm the flour and margarine slightly on the heat. Mix the dry yeast with 3 tablespoons of sugar in a large bowl and add the same amount of warm pumpkin. Put on the heat and let rise. Add the ingredients together and knead well. Form into a dumpling and let rise for about 2 hours. Then knead again and place in a well greased loaf pan. Let rise again. Then bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 225°C.
