Boil the noodles in water for about 4 minutes and drain well. Meanwhile, heat the wok oil in a wok and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, vegetables (except bean sprouts) and fresh chili, if using, and fry for another 2 minutes. Add Oyster Sauce, water, lime juice and sugar and heat through. Add noodles and bean sprouts and fry for 2 minutes. Then serve immediately garnished with some sesame seeds.
