Pumpkin Peel pumpkin, remove seeds and cut/grate into noodles. Dice bacon and sauté over medium heat until they have released enough fat. Then turn heat up, add onions and peeled garlic and let sweat. Add garlic and bell bell pepper, fry very briefly and immediately deglaze with a little soup. (Otherwise the paprika will become bitter!) Then add the tomato paste, the caraway seeds and the pumpkin noodles and let them stew until soft. If necessary, add a little beef broth. Stir in the sour cream and simmer on low heat for another 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
