Sauté the diced meat in hot rapeseed oil with onion slices for 15 min. Season with paprika, pepper, salt and caraway seeds. Layer vegetables, greens and potatoes, diced or cut into strips, in layers (potatoes last).

Season each layer generously. Pour hot clear soup on the side and simmer at low temperature for about 1 hour without stirring.
