For baked mice, dissolve yeast in milk. Mix flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, butter and yeast-milk mixture well and beat until the dough separates from the bowl.
Heat oil in a saucepan, and using a spoon, cut off mouse-sized pieces and bake in the oil until golden.
Mix fine crystal sugar and cinnamon and turn the baked mice in it.
Preparation Tip:
Baked mice are a delight even without cinnamon.
