Make the long grain rice, roast the turkey breast, cool both. Mix yogurt mayo, cream fraiche and milk to make a smooth sauce. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika, curry and vinegar. Add to the long grain rice form and let stand for 10 minutes. Add the chopped turkey breast, hominy and peas.
