Meat Loaf with Cheese Sauce

Sauté onion cubes in light butter on 2 or automatic heat 4-5, briefly sweat flour, add clear soup while stirring and bring to a boil. Let cheese cubes melt in the sauce, season. Brown the meat loaf on both sides, arrange on a platter, pour the sauce over it. Garnish with tomato slices and parsley.
