Mix egg whites with powdered sugar, melted butter and flour. Spread with the template on a silicone mat or buttered paper and bake at 180 °C for about 3 minutes. Remove and invert over a Dariol mold or demitasse (to get a nice shape).
Preparation Tip:
The mass can be shaped and used in any way: Shaped into sticks you can fill them with chocolate mousse, shaped into bowls you can fill them with strawberry ragout or shaped into rolls you can fill them with fruits.
