Baked Philadelphiator Cake

For the Baked Philadelphiatorte, preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven). Place the biscuits in a freezer bag, seal the bag and crumble the contents completely with a rolling pin or your hands.

Melt butter, mix with crumbs and press into a springform pan lined with baking paper.

Mix PHILADELPHIA, sugar, lemon juice and the pulp of the vanilla pod with an electric hand mixer. Gradually beat in the eggs.

Pour the cream into the springform pan. Bake the Baked Philadelphiatorte in the oven for about 50 minutes, then let cool well.
