For the tartelettes with vanilla cream, mix the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and let it rest in a cool place. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles and place them in tartelettes molds or on an inverted silicone mold (for me it was a small Gugelhupff mold).

Bake at 180 °C and let cool.

For the cream, whip the whipped cream with the sugar until stiff. Cream the vanilla QimiQ with the agave syrup and then fold in the cream.

Pipe the cream into the tartlettes and decorate with the drained tangerines. Of course, you can also decorate with other fruit or berries.

Preparation Tip:

Leave the tartelettes with vanilla cream in the mold until they have cooled. This way they do not break apart.
