For the Amaretto Blueberry Crumble, first preheat the oven to 210 °C (top and bottom heat). Mix the amaretto with the juice of half a lemon (more if you like it sour).
Wash the blueberries and mix them in as well. Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Mix butter, sugar and flour with a spoon. Then work into crumbles with your hands.
Put the crumble on top of the berry mixture and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes (keep checking how dark the crumble is).
Serve the vanilla ice cream together with the blueberry crumble.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of blueberries (cranberries), blackberries or currant also taste very good. Other, tart berries such as cranberries, are also a good substitute. If you like, try the Amaretto Blueberry Crumble with other types of ice cream.
