For the strawberry cream, boil strawberry juice and sugar and pour onto a tray lined with baking paper. Leave to dry in the oven at 50 degrees for about three hours.

Grind the dry mass in the Thermomix very briefly until small crumbs are formed. Clean, chop and puree strawberries.

Do not mix yogurt and strawberry puree completely, that one still has a marbling. Pour into dessert glasses and decorate with strawberry sugar.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of sugar, you can also use something else to sweeten the strawberry cream. With a few chopped pistachios or coconut the cream tastes especially fine.
