Cream butter with sugar. Add vanilla flavoring, fold in with the egg. Sift flour with baking powder and salt and fold in, then mix in hazelnuts and chocolate drops.
Spread an ungreased baking tray with baking paper and place small heaps on it with a teaspoon. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 °C for 12-14 minutes, until the cookies have separated and are golden brown.
