Mix together the curd, flour, yolks, butter and eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Let the dough rest a bit. Ideally 20-30 minutes.

In the meantime, wash the plums. Cover the plums with the dough and form a dumpling. Add flour to the dough. The dough should not stick too much to your hands.

Prepare a pot with lightly salted water and when it boils put the ready formed dumplings into it. Let them steep for about 20 minutes. It should not boil strongly.

In a pan put the 30 g of butter and melt it. Then add the wholemeal breadcrumbs. Toast the crumbs so that they have a nice brown color. Sprinkle in the cinnamon.

When the plum dumplings are ready, take them out of the water and put them into the pan. There roll the dumplings from all sides.
