Clean rutabaga, rinse, cut into large pieces and grate finely.

Clean, rinse and also finely grate carrots. Stir millet flakes, eggs, flour, pumpkin seeds and chopped kitchen herbs, season. Mix with the vegetables.

Grease a loaf pan (25 cm) and pour the vegetable mixture into it. Cook in a water bath in a heated oven at 200 °C for 60 minutes. Take out, rest a little and turn out onto a plate.

Serve with a herb sauce and boiled potatoes.
