For the spinach with prosciutto, peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat olive oil in a pot, add flour and let it sweat slightly.
Add chopped spinach and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, add whipped cream. Cut prosciutto into small cubes and stir into the finished spinach.
