Instructions:

Wring out the lemons and pour the water in a container. Tea in a tea filter form and blanch (overbrew) in a heated pot with the mixture. Steep for 4 min. Fill the pot with boiling water and steep for another 3 min. Remove the filter and bring the hot tea to the table in glasses.
