Bring Baileys to a boil and reduce, stirring constantly, until the drink has become somewhat viscous.

Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy.

Beat yogurt, vanilla sugar and whipping cream until fluffy. Also beat the egg whites until stiff, gently fold them into the cream mixture, then stir in the sugar and egg yolk mixture.

Stir in the reduced Baileys and place the finished ice cream mixture in the freezer.

Stir somewhat hourly during the first few hours. The ice cream will be ready after five to seven hours. Alternatively, of course, you can use an ice cream maker for the preparation.
