Rinse the lettuce, drain and shred. Cut tomatoes and peppers into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Put everything in a large enough bowl and garnish with olives and pieces of feta cheese. Mix a marinade of salt, pepper, vinegar, crushed garlic and oil and pour over the leaf salad.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it’s best to get kitchen herbs in pots – that way you’ll always have everything on hand!
