For the wheat loaf, dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk, add salt and sugar, add flour and knead well. Leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Divide into equal-sized pieces and twist into rounds. Flatten, sprinkle with flour, place on a baking tray and let rise for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake the loaves for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the wheat loaves with white or black sesame seeds.
