Sift flour with baking powder and add cinnamon and salt.
Stir both masses together, add the rolled oats and raisins.
Place small heaps on a baking tray lined with baking paper using a teaspoon. Flatten slightly with the back of the teaspoon. When baking, the cookies will still be quite wide, so leave a generous space (at least 4-5 cm) between the heaps of dough.
Bake the raisin-oatmeal cookies in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.

This Raisin Oatmeal Cookies recipe is especially good if you don't want to use eggs. You can always calculate about 1/2 banana per egg as an egg substitute. Alternatively, you can also use 2 tablespoons of applesauce. Don't worry: although it definitely smells like banana when baking itself, the finished cookies don't taste like it!
