Heat butter in a frying pan, sauté chopped onion until translucent, add blood sausage and liver sausage, mash with a fork and heat evenly. Finally sprinkle with caraway seeds and serve with fried or boiled potatoes and sauerkraut.

This dish is decidedly low in protein!!!
