For the apple and curd casserole, mix the curd with yolks, semolina, sweetener and baking powder and leave to soak for 10 minutes.

Finely grate half of the apple and cut the remaining apple into small cubes. Mix with lemon juice and cinnamon and add to curd mixture.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake the apple and curd casserole at 200 °C on the middle shelf for approx. 25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

You can also mix a handful of raisins into the mixture for the apple and potato casserole.
