Preheat the oven to 220 °C for the Nutella slices. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff and chill.
Beat the yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar and water until foamy. Slowly add the oil. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, sift in and fold in. Finally, fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake the cake for about 15 minutes at 220 °C top/bottom heat and let it cool down, best one day before.
For the light cream, whip 1 cup of whipped cream and separately whip 1 cup of Qimig. Mix with the whipped cream and spread on the cake.
For the dark cream, whip the whipped cream. Beat Qimiq separately and add Nutella. Mix with whipped cream and spread on the white cream.
Decorate the Nutella slices with chocolate flakes.
