For the sausage klexis, cut the frankfurters in half and carefully cut crosswise & deep. Wrap a slice of bacon around the bottom of the sausage and pin with a toothpick.

Pour a little oil into a skillet and heat. Place the frankfurters in the pan and fry vigorously until the ends of the sausages open or even twist in.

Remove finished klexis from the pan and drain on a piece of kitchen roll. Arrange the cucumber-dill salad on a plate and place 3-4 Klexis on each.
