Boil water in a Reindl with ginger, shallots and salt. Pour in chicken breasts (they must be covered with water), cook on low temperature with lid closed for 15 minutes. Turn off temperature and cool poultry in closed cooking pot. Take out, remove meat from the bone and divide into small pieces. Marinate chicken pieces with sesame oil, wine and pepper.

Cut peeled carrots into narrow strips, cucumber into 1/2 cm thick slices, divide the latter again into 3 pieces.

Marinate carrots and cucumber with vinegar and sugar. Mix peanut butter sauce.

Mix the tenderloin with the vegetables and bring to the table cooled with the sauce.
