For the mango dessert, peel the mango, remove the flesh from the core and then puree. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, lemon zest and powdered sugar until well blended.

Put the 4 biscotti in a freezer bag and crush them. Then alternate the biscuit crumbs, the cream and the mango puree in a glass container until everything is used up.

Place in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.

Preparation Tip:

Quantity can also be used for 2 smaller servings. Sprinkle the mango dessert with coconut flakes, or chocolate flakes or chopped pistachios.
