Instructions:

Defrost raspberries and strawberries one hour beforehand. Pluck mint and lemon balm, cut pineapple into small pieces. Prepare small fruit skewers once with raspberries, once with strawberries. For garnish, spread a few raspberries and strawberries each through a fine sieve.
