Total time: 1 hour

Soak gelatin according to instructions. Heat Uhudler with sugar for a few minutes, add well squeezed gelatine leaves and let the liquid cool but not gel. Remove the stalks from the strawberries and cut them in half. Fill a suitable mold with them and sprinkle the strawberries with coarsely chopped nuts. Pour gelatin mixture over the top and place the mold in the refrigerator for several hours. As soon as the jelly has set, place the mold briefly in very hot water and then turn it out immediately. Cut the sulz into even slices and garnish with whipped cream and mint or lemon balm.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of Uhudler, Schilcher or Rosé can also be used, but then the characteristic berry aroma is missing.
