Peel and finely chop the onion. Soak the bread in water and then squeeze out the water.
Knead minced meat, squeezed out bread, egg, tomato ketchup, onion and spices and season to taste.
Form 4-6 meat loaves and fry in hot oil until brown on each side.
For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, yogurt and spice ingredients, mix in the chive rolls.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce.

The meat loaves taste quite delicious even cold.
