Instructions:

Heat the butter with the olive oil. Lightly sauté the onions, garlic, carrots and celery while stirring. Add the tomatoes, the tomato pulp, the dried tomatoes and the herbs and stir gently.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the mince in it, stirring continuously until crumbly. Later add to the ragout form, season with salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for about 60 minutes. Stir a few times in between so that it does not stick.

If the ragout is hot, add 1-2 red peppers.
