For the tea punch, mix a bottle of ice-cold pear juice with ginger. Pour into ice ball bags and place in the freezer.
Pour boiling water over the tea and let steep for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix cane sugar, lemon juice or possibly lime syrup.
Put a handful of the pear juice ice balls in a sieve. Pour the tea over and into the sugar mixture and stir well. Pour off the liquid into a punch bowl.
Pour the second bottle of pear juice and the mineral water (2-3 bottles) – both ice cold. Add the remaining pear ice balls and blackberries to the tea punch.

The tea punch can also be prepared with raspberries or canned pears.
