For the amaretto balls, melt chocolate and butter and mix with amaretto or Cointreau, sugar and almonds.
Chill the mixture in the icebox for 1-2 hours. Form about 40 balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles. Serve the amaretto balls.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of chocolate sprinkles, you can use granulated sugar, coconut flakes or similar for the amaretto balls.
