Finely chop three onions and fry in a little bit of oil, cut broccoli into pieces and do about 10 min, grate the cheese. Cool broccoli, chop and mix with the roasted onions, cheese and herbs.

Roll out thawed puff pastry and brush with a little oil, put quantity on it and roll into a strudel. Bake the strudel in a heated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes until golden, brush with egg yolk 10 minutes before.

For the sauce, mix the sour cream with the chopped salt, chives, pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

Serve with the strudel and garnish with lettuce.
