Make fettuccine al dente, drain, set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet until hot. Add onion, garlic and sausage, stir-fry in about Two min. Add mushrooms and tomatoes, stir-fry for about three minutes, add Chinese cabbage and stir-fry for about three minutes. Add aceto and rosemary, season.
Mix in fettuccine set aside, just until hot.
Tip:
Ordinary tomatoes can be used instead of cherry tomatoes.
