Borscht ukrainskij – Ukrainian Borscht

Put fat, vinegar and sugar in a frying pan and stew until soft. In another frying pan, add finely chopped garlic, carrots, onions, parsley roots and bacon cubes and sauté until soft, then extinguish with paradeis pulp. Boil beef broth, add chopped potatoes and cabbage for 10 to 15 minutes, add stewed beet and other vegetables, mix flour with cold water and add to soup with spices. Finish and arrange on the plate with parsley and smetana.
