For the house cookies, crumble flour and butter. Mix in sifted powdered sugar and cinnamon. Make a pit in the center, add yolks and quickly knead the mixture into a dough.
Leave to rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Preheat oven to 180°C. Roll out dough, cut out with different shapes.
Place a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 5-10 minutes until the house cookies are golden brown.

If you wish, you can also cover the house cookies with the chocolate icing.
