Put dried mushrooms in a suitable bowl and pour sherry. Allow to soak for at least 3 hours. Simmer soaked mushrooms with sherry and clear soup in an open frying pan over medium heat for ten minutes. Clean mushrooms, cut into slices and add to sherry mushrooms form. Add whipped cream and season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain in a sieve and add to the mushrooms. Mix everything well and bring to the table sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan.
